Q.What are the payment methods?
A.Payment is by credit card only. The card registered at the time of member registration will be debited as one payment. In some cases, credit lines may be secured before the withdrawal (no settlement is performed). Please check the transaction limit of your card beforehand.
Q.When do I pay?
A.■Expenses will be settled at the time of booking
 – Transport cost
 – Tire replacement cost (if selected)
■Expenses settled after car delivery
 – Monthly usage fee
 – caritatta care (optional monthly fee)
Q.What happens with fees is usage is less than one month?
A.If the delivery date or return date is within the month, or if the usage period is less than one month due to vehicle repair, etc., the monthly usage fee will be billed on a prorated basis.

carQuestions about the contract period

Q.What is the contract term?
A.TThe minimum use period is 3 months and will be renewed every 1 month thereafter.
Another car can be reserved after a usage period of at least 90 days after the car is delivered.
Q.Is mid-term cancellation possible?
A.Yes
Unlike regular car leasing, the cancellation fee may be up to 3 months.
Please use caritatta for periods in which you need the most appropriate vehicle on a very short-term lease.
Q.Can other people (family members and friends) drive the car?
A.Only declared users may drive the car. The number of drivers depends on whether you take out caritatta care or not.
The declaration requires drivers’ personal information, license, and consent as a joint guarantor in use. Please be aware that we are not liable for any accidents, incidents or damage caused by people other than those declared.
